Maintenance in DVC and divorce petition

My wife filed DVC for maintenance suppressing her job and income. I filed counter with proof of income of wife. Now she resigned her job and filed application in section24 for maintenance mentioning past job and presently not working. Lower court she hiden job details and senior division she mentioned about job...how dispose both cases without maintenance n how to apply for perjury application

Well, in order to apply a case of Perjury, you have to first report the lies she stated to the concerned Judge, where she lied on Affidavit and then parallely, you have to report these facts to the JMFC, to run the trial against her, by putting this fact before the JMFC, that, you please take the report from the concerned Judge, before him, your Wife lied on Affidavit, that is to book her for Perjury, for telling lies to Court based on Affidavit.

This appears to be a matter of abuse of process and lack of bonafide claims for maintenance. If the job was left voluntarily then obtaining the resignation letter may help to present that wife had income earning capacity, level of education, work experience, prior salary and ability to get job will be relevant to counter her claims of being incapable of earning. courts generally look at abuse of court process unfavorably.
