Maintenance for my mother she is facing health issues

My mother and father married at 2000 year my father working as police head constable he is torturing my mother physically and mentally at present he is not giving money for the base needs for house I am studying 3rd year 2nd semester not at finished my course my father not paying fee at present I am doing part time job after college on which sections we can file maintenance case on him at present please suggest us some solution.

hi if your father is not paying any maintenance and denying maintenance then you could file petition for maintenance in court to grant as he is not lloking after you both and avoilding from his duties to look after you
