Maintenance for my kids and equal share in EMis

I have filed a case of maintenance against my husband for my two children aged 11yr and 6 yr and for me in dec 2021. My husband is living separately. My and husband salary is almost same and we have two joined properties for which I am paying 80k and he is paying only 48k as EMI. My interim maintenance application got rejected citing reason that because I have a very good salary I am not at mercy of anyone else for maintaining me and my kids. What should I do next, plz advice.

Well, you can file an Appeal against the Order of the Court rejecting your Interim Maintenance Application, considering, you can maintain yourself, but, to raise children and nourish them from tiny buds to blooming flowers is the part of equal responsibilities of the Husband and Wife irrespective of the fact, that, after Divorce they part ways, but, for the children, Both Father and Mother has to contribute for the Child Support.

Dear queriest, since your interim maintenance has got rejected you can go for appeal of the same on the grounds maintenance of kids from father for their future, for the same you can approach me for further guidance.
