Maintenance false 498 matrimonial issue


17-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Wife left matrimonial home by own & then filed FIR like dowry, 498, DV so I filed case of divorce under section 13. Now she filed case of Maintenance under section 24 , Also saying want to come back matrimonial home. Here I don't want to give her maintenance.

Well, if you do not want to pay her Maintenance, then, you have to prove in Court, that she has committed Adultery with someone while she remained married with you. On proving Adultery, You will get Divorce and you do not have to pay maintenance too.
