Can perjury application filed at any stage during proceeding. In Section 125 maintenance case..Can I file a perjury application after receiving case copies and before submitting my counter reply If i have sufficient proof of perjury.

Perjury can be filed in an ongoing proceedings or Seperately
Filing can be done at any stage of ongoing proceedings but they are heard and decided while the final judgement is passed if the court finds any merit in the same

Well, if you have sufficient proof of Perjury, you first file your Counter Reply and in such Counter Reply (Written Statement), you can mention about such Perjury committed by the other side, then later on, you can file a separate Application of Perjury committed by the other side along with evidences, in order to prove it.
