hlo mne apne husbnd 125cr PC me case dala hua h pr court me salary ka proof chiye wt should I do either I got the details of his bank account or how could I proof tht he is working Kya mjko summon issue krane chiye jha p km krte h vha or bank me
If he is working in govt job then u can file RTI for the same n if u is in private job then u can put application in the court to issue notice to the company for identifying hid job …u must follow all the guidance given by your advocate
