Can maintenance case of DVC , MC section125 and Section 24 of divorce petition done with join trial...and disposed together

Well, the trial of Maintenance Case in a filed DV Complaint, trial of Maintenance Case under Sec 125 of the CRPC, 1973 and Sec 24 of the Divorce Petition cannot go on as one trial, as you cannot get special treatment from others.
