22-Mar-2024 (In Divorce Law)
We were lived together for 6years and separated from past 3years, have two daughters aged 8 and 6 in the custody of wife. Jain religion. She didn't let me have communications with her and kids. I am earning 45k per month. She is working as a trainer, earning 20k per month. She is living with her parents, owned house. She is paying 1L as school fees per child and claiming she borrowed from her family. She filed maintenance case for 50k per month. How much judge would order approx in this scene?

Dear Sir, You may seek divorce and prefer for mediation and one time settlement. If you are comfortable you can claim custody of both the children to avoid maintenance otherwise your wife may claim more and more educational expenses. In the given history the Court may award monthly maintenance of Rs Ten to Twenty Five Thousand per month.
