Maintenance case and false 498A case against me

We did court marriage on 01 July 22. On 2 3 July we were in different places and on 4 July I dropped at meerut and went on my duty. We have not visited to our hometown after marriage. Is she eligible for maintenance . When she has not performed any duty of a wife for more than 2 days. Even she has completed msc in computer science. Plz let me know also she filed 498A is this good for me to go for quashing. We stayed together after only for 2 days in haridwar and rishikesh not in my hometown

The time period doesn't matter in marriage. If you are legally married then she can always apply in the court for maintenance. But if she's qualified enough to maintain herself then the court can also deny any maintenance for her. And as far the FIR is concerned you will have to get it quashed in HC.
