Maintenance and settlement issue.

Wife filed 498A/406 against me n family members. she dnt have any documentary evidence/ eye witness. She used to make ill-treatment to me and my parents. I made a GDE when she used to live with us (without her knowledge). After living separate for 1 yr, she filed 498A Wife is working no -kids. What is the chance of granting maintenance if she left the job and claim maintenance ? ( I have her degree certificate and Tax return). Please suggest if I should try settle at police station?

dear client as per your query since the case is filled against you and your family members have taken anticipatory bail from court . Maintenance can be granted only if she is a housewife not a working lady
