Maintenance and marriage expenses issues

I am unmarried and unemployed (f27) girl still preparing for competitive exam my father are abusing me and my mother and he is not paying marriage expenses too ..he only pay 5000 for my study after so much abuse and he didn't pay a single panny to my mother and say you are not my responsibility ..I am depressed now he is continuously abuse us and when some one ask he say I did nothing ...they are not respecting me this is my money...he cancel my arrange marriage too
You and your mother are your father's responsibility and he is liable to maintain both of you. He cannot run away from his responsibilities. If the abuse continues you must approach the Police. Feel free to contact me for seeking any further legal advice as regards the same.

Hello your mother is eligible to get maintenance amount for running family, about you being adult person you are not eligible for maintenance amount from your father but if your mother decides to obtain maintenance amount from him you can approach court
