maintenance and custody of kids

My name is Rhea( Hindu )and I got married in 2010,,it was love marriage...my husband is north Indian (good financial background)n I am South Indian (middleclass).after my second son delivery we got quarrels every day because of my in-laws...i am having 2 sons...1 is 9 years n 2nd 10 months.recently my husband left me at my parents home n staying with his parents..at the time of leaving he said to my brother i want some time i will come back to stay meanwhilewill pay all the maintenance.ow since 3 months he blocked my number and not paying mine n kids maintenance...I don't want to get divorce....how can I go forward to get maintenance for me n my kids...currently I m at rental house...plz suggest me what to do...my small son is just 10 months and he is on formula milk...he is unable to digest animal milk....plz suggest me how I can claim from irresponsible husband to get maintenance..thank u
