Maintenance After Mutual Separation

How long is a husband liable to provide maintenance after mutual separation? What are the things that a wife can claim after mutual separation- can that include a property and maintenance for child and for wife or one time amount lump sum and monthly maintenance for child and wife ?

if the separation is mutual then the terms of mutual agreement will govern everything as far as the couple is concerned. no maintenance can be claimed in law if the separation is mutual. for the child it is always open to judicial scrutiny. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL. husband liable to maintenance after mutual separation, if wife is not marry with another or she not getting any government job , then two criteria except wife getting maintenance from husband, another hand child getting maintenance evry time after 18 years latter not getting maintenance
