Maintainance crushed and ex parte is near i am near to get rid of t

DV maintainance rejected and 125 interim canceled, after i have 150 evidences of all e-evidence. And i am near ex parte. Is their any strategy to close this case as 0 alimony (permanent) ?

Hello sir/ madam, Kindly give further details concerning your query : 1. Whether interim or the whole DV maintenance rejected ? 2. Whether the s. 125 is still pending? 3. Is the other party not appearing in court? 4. Have you filed divorce case too?

Dear Sir, It all depends on discretionary power of the judge. If your wife is employed and having sufficient source of income for maintenance alimony may be rejected. You have a strong reason to get divorce decree without alimony since her maintenance in two other cases was rejected. Please file the certified copies of such orders and never take it as granted that divorce case will be allowed since it is going ex-parte. You must establish cruelty or desertion.
