Maintainance and other amenities

I was awarded maintainance but he is not paying any penny till now.challenged the judgment in the high court.the school fee for the child is stopped since six months.I have no source of income.can we ask school fee and other amenities in dvc which I have already filed and the proceedings are going on

hi if he is not paying the maintenance amoynt then you could file an execution petition to order to pay him and what is the status of case pending in high court and you could file petition in domestic violence case
