Dear Sir/Mam , My cousion wants divorce . She is married frm 13 years. She has a child age 11 yrs . Her husbnd has affair with other ladies .. she has proof too .. Vo bohot pehle se he divorce chahti hai but vo apne Bche ki vjah se nhi le pa rhi.. uska hsbnd usko marta hai. Usk pas vo b proofs hai.. usko khrcha n deta or na he bche ka...bohot memtally torture kia hua h usko.. vo hypertension ki pateint hai ab . Usko bs usk bche ki skul fees or monthly expense chahiye bche ka. Or jo bche ka ryt hai vo .. kya divorce k during Usk bche ki skul fees toh nh bnd krskta uska hsbnd .. vo usk against Fir bhi likhwana chahty hai..
Hello she has a right to claim maintenance from her husband for herself and the child, husband can not stop paying school fee if divorce proceedings are going on. wife also has, residence right, maintenance right, child custody right under domestic violence act. she can also register for for dowry demand if there is any such incident

Mam aap maintenance ka case file kariye usme apki cousin ko kharcha milega dono ka and side by side Domestic violence ka case file kariye also file a complaint in Women cell for tourturement and beatings given Vo Khud FIR lodge kar dege...After that if still u want divorce file the same and Dhayan rakha ke apko alimony mangni hai apni and apne bache ke future k liye...for further clarification please call.
