Yes...you should approach the family court according to your jurisdiction and file an petition for annulment of your marriage. And as far as the threatening is concerned you can anytime get a complaint drafted and address the same to the police station. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

it's voidable not void prima facie but you need to initiate it so that you have an upper hand despite them filing any false case only thing is that you if feel that there is no way it can be sorted then you should immediately take a legal action rest it might be bit emotionally draining so do take care of that.

Since you were under 21 years of age at the time of marriage, your marriage is voidable under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, and you can file a petition for annulment before the Family Court. You should immediately collect proof of your age (birth certificate, school records, Aadhaar, etc.) to establish minority at the time of marriage.

you are in a very strong legal position in the laws completely in your favour Sir, since you are only 18 years old at the time of marriage, the marriage voidable underthe Prohibition of Child Marriage Act. This means you can get the marriage annulled, which automatically protects you from any Falls criminal allegations demanding 15 lakh is a serious oftense under the new BNS (extortion + criminal intimidation)You should immediately file a written police complaint. if they file any false case against you ,you will be entitle to immediate anticipatory bail and the case can even be quashed considering age at the time of marriage and the threats given by her side her concealment of her pass relationship also strengthens your case in a very strong legal position the laws completely in your favor
