Love marriage issue wanna exact solution

I and my partner are in relationship of 5 years and we got married in may month but now her father had splitted us due to our relation as her father is my uncle ( My Father’s Younger brother) according to Hindu act can we be together without any controversy as her father had warned me not to make any step from now also her father had made a sign from me on an paper stating I should not meet the girlnOr talk to her if found will be prosecuted by police

Since ,you guys just in relationship and that marriage never consummated more over ,since you guys want to live together the judicial palliative remedy to with my limited understanding is firstly whether the girl is still to wants to live with you, you should lodge an first information report and in the First information report elucidate that the father is posing duress and this not willing the girl to marry the guy of own choice
