Love marriage have one kid scared to live together want divorce

My husband and I got married for 5 years after 5 years of relationship. We are distant relatives. There was some problems between my parents and his parents. Since then they always ill-treats me and my family. I was doing job and recently after my baby I resigned. He took all my earning and inconsistent in his business. We both quarell on all aspects and I have been mentally tortured and he claims he is because of me. I am afraid to live with him. I want to end up my marriage and look after my baby. Please help. My parents doesn't agree for divorce. What should I do?
this is mentally cruelty and you can seek divorce in this ground.you can also claim permanent alimony apart from the maintenance to your child.If he agrees for mutual consent for divorce it is well and good .but you claim your future maintenance for you and your child.
