Looking for information on cost to be incurred for filing for divorce

I need a divorce lawyer practising in Barrackpore court. I want to file for divorce against my wife who has left home for more than three years. I want to file it on the basis of deseartion. I want to know the cost that I shall incurr for filing the divorce before I proceed for consultation on discussing details and deciding strategy. I am not going to pay Rs 500/- simply to know how much cost I shall incur. If I find the cost affoardable then only I shall proceed on it.

Hello, The fees structure differs from one lawyer to another. The consultation fees and other criterias are there. There are different costs for drafting, pleading, and other ancillary costs involved. So a conference is required for you to understand the process and the fees structure involved.
