Looking for divorce options for my recent marriage

Hi Lawyers, I am a 36 eyr Hindu, the girl with whom I had married have serious issues with my mother and sister (who is married & stays with her in-laws). They always quarrel on regular basis and on silly matters.once she tried to do suicide for this, so we sent her back to her mother’s house well before Shrimantram, as she is pregnant and delivery is next month. She always fights with me for silly old matters, makes matter worse and life hell. Kindly advise for divorce options.

divorce can be made at any stage after the one year of marriages so your wife is a pregnant and it's going to give a delivery to a child in this situation you must consider whether to live with your wife or not if you have a strong reasons that you have mentally the harassed if you leave after the child delivery then you have an option either for diverse or for restitution of conjugal rights if you prefer Divas he must go on the direction
