Lok adalt, maintenance and dv case regarding

My wife filed false DV case against me.. So judge talked to both of us and go for compromise.. In lok adalt i agree to pay future maintanance amount of 3 lakhs and gave 10000 rs as advance and signed in the lok adalt documents..after 3 days she went to court and said she was threatened and forcefully signed in the lok adalt document..DV case judgement came and case is disposed..Now she is not giving contested divorce and expecting more amount..

Dear Client, It's eventual when seeking for a higher amount to meet the court expenses, you can contest the divorce case other than going for mutual concern unless she may go for a maintenance petition that can either contested bringing your contentions on to the court. if any clarity on my reply please contact through my profile.
