Living separately for 2 years not divorced??

I have been living separately for almost 2 years… and couple of months I started seeing someone else… my marriage is never registered and told my husband to divorce for a lot of time.. he knows I am seeing someone else… but is not up for a divorce… what are my legal rights in this situation? He never supported me financially and also lied about lot of things before marriage… I gave enough chances and now decided to move on. But he is still not taking any responsibility.
If your husband agrees for divorce then you both can go for mutual consent divorce. However, if he is not willing to divorce you then, you can file for divorce and seek maintenance there in. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

Well, if you have got married with this guy, then despite of you not registering your marriage with this guy or man, you need to seek legal divorce from him, i.e, before marrying with someone else legally.
