Can a unmarried live in live in relationship with a married women without getting divorced after section 497 has been struck down by SC and adultuery now no more a crime

Well, you can, but, if after living in Live In Relationship, she files for a Rape Case against you, then you have to defend yourself. Go into Live In Relationship only if you trust that Woman Hundred percent. Moreover, her Husband can go to any extent to harm you if you sleep with her Woman, so lot of risks are there. Her Husband cannot do anything legally, but by choosing illegal ways, he can harm you a lot. So, choose your path wisely, may God bless you.
