LIGITANT LOGIN SHOWING THIS ERROR


30-Jan-2026 (In Divorce Law)
We have filed mutual consent divorce. Initially on filling day, I am to login in as litigant properly in here https://filing.ecourts.gov.in/pdedev/. But, now I am getting this error, "please upload approved proceedings to appear as party in person with aadhar" while trying to login with the my mobile number. What does approved proceedings mean here?

first learn to respect advocates work, we advocates will put rigorous practice and effort, to get judgments in partys favour you too are simply wasting your time and delaying your process instead please contact the advocate and get your process done!

Dear Sir, Since you are party in person so you have get prior permission physically from the Judge. Then you have to upload your aadar card and other documents. For security purpose especially in family cases there are stringent rules.
