Legally Divorced 25 years back without settlement for child

Hello!
I got legal divorced from my husband 25 years back without any settlement, When I asked for settlement he said will do it for our child Once he turns 24, but now he saying he can’t do anything to the my child.
Can I file a case for this??
after 24 years can climb chairman tennis you need to find the position and previous in diverse documents no you can claim for child maintenance but require previous drivers edition copy and all you can file nothing problem

you can't file petition for child custody due to your son is major by age. Your is having option to choose to live either side of the party. It is depends on will and wish of your son. The advocate and Court is nothing to do with this matter. Your son is not kid. He is major by age.
