Legal threatening for husband's Maid affinity

He has affinity towards maids for last 15 years.....it was repeated for four times....I want to leave him but he is blackmailing emotionally. Can I put a legal threatening to him for this issue...?

Yes you can give him notice on adultery clause. Even if the offence of adultery is decriminalized under Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code, it constitutes a reasonable ground for divorce. So you have lots of options
