Legal solution for my married girl friend's husband

i love a girl who is married. she also loves me. we are planning to escape to a country. is there any legal way except divorce, if her husband reaches to the country where we move, to stop him or avoid him.
while it's understandable your emotion for your girlfriend, what you are thinking of doing is not suggested. marriage is a social institution and not just courts, but also societal norms, which are as binding as laws, do not allow a married union to be taken so lightly. if there are problems between your friend and her husband, the ideal way would be for her to try and resolve the differences and if they cannot be resolved, then approach a lawyer to consult whether there are grounds for divorce. if that is granted, then you may contemplate getting married to her. without that, there will always be some complication or the other.

The plan to escape the country is not advisable. There is no legal way except divorce. Marriage is a bond between husband and wife. However in case your friend have any issues with her spouse she can consult a lawyer seeking divorce in case grounds are made out. Only after seeking divorce you guys can live together legally
