Legal ruling to stop child abuse

my husband has a psychological issue where he does not believe in any control on our only son 14.5 yrs. From a young age .He has been overfeeding junk food to him from a young age. He developed thyroid issue at 5. He had a painful liver biopsy at 10.Yet the overfeeding continues with abuse for me in front of son when I intervene. My son is in third stage liver failure. Dotor suggests bariatric surgery. Child now has own UPI to order food and a eating disorder. Can I get a legal order to stop ?

Well, you can certainly file a case in Court to seek an Order restraining your Husband to play with the life of your child. You can file a Writ Petition for violation of Article 21 of the Indian Constitution which is Right to Health under Right to Life by your Husband who is playing with the life of your child by feeding him junk food, despite of Doctor's recommendation that no junk food should be given to him.
