Legal rights when husband keeps a mistress

My husband is living in with another woman. Also has a child. That woman calls herself by his name. What are my rights? I don’t want a police interference. can I take legal action against that other woman also? If if file for divorce what all can i demand from husband?

See if they are living together in live in relationship you cannot do anything against her legally. You may file complaint against your husband under provisions of domestic violence act. you may also apply for divorce

Well, Adultery has become Decriminalized. Adultery has mere remained a ground of Divorce. Courts cannot Criminally prosecute the Adultress and Adulteror, as Adultery is no more a Criminal Offence. If you cannot tolerate your Husband's Extramarital Relationship, Divorce him. You can seek Maintenance until receiving of final Maintenance Order. And, you can seek Permanent Alimony too.
