Legal rights of married man, harassed by wife

My wife cheated on me. And when I asked for mutual divorce, she threatened me for false cases. Now after 3 months of separation, she is asking to live together again. I believe she is tricking me, so is there any legal rights for man, in case I decide to stay together. We both are working and don't have any child. And married for 4 years now.

You can file the the case of judicial seperation under section 10 of the Hindu marriage act. Once the court grants the decree of judicial seperation you are no longer required to stay and cohabit with your partner. And second you can file the divorce petition under section 13 of Hindu marriage act.
