Hello madam, Marriage is a sacramental in nature. Madam, Did you filed any case till date on your husband and in-laws? If not.. Please make sure that top settle the matter peacefully and amicably. If that fails then you may file Divorce petition on the ground of Cruelty... or else if ur husband also intending o take divorce, then apply for Mutual consent divorce, which can be decided in maximum 6 months. U may also file Maintenance case as well...

Madam there there are different things you can do in this if you want to get separated from your family you can file a case of divorce from your family but if you want to live with your husband you can explain him your problems

Madam,

First of all, discuss with your husband regarding the problems you are facing at your matrimonial home with him and in laws and convince him to move outside and to live separately. If you continue to stay with your in laws, the problems may aggravate. Talks only will solve the problems. However, despite your attempts to convince your husband for a solution, if your husband is not cooperative and not supporting you, file a domestic violence case against your in laws in the jurisdictional magistrate court where you are presently living and obtain protection order against your in laws.
