Legal option for child stop going abroad

Wife cheated & left me with my son .She went abroad 2 years back ,I gave sign for son's visa. Now she wont allow me talk to my son give excuses. I read on website that she must have father's consent to travel from Abroad to India & vice versa. She travelled 2 -3 times without having any father's consent .she might be using my old sign or doing proxy. We dont have any cases.Now she again came to india for week & going to fly back to abroad for her job. Legally can i stop my son from going abroad?
Well, you can file a Petition in the concerned Family Court to seek Permanent Custody of your child. As an Interim Relief, you can pray Court to stop your Wife from taking Child abroad without Court first deciding upon the issue, that, with whom the child will live with!
