Legal Opinion on counter filling

I needed your legal opinion on what can i file from Bangalore against the CrPc filed by the wife. I have already filed a Contested Divorce at Visakapattanam Family court in Jan 2023. My so called wife resides in Agartala with her parents, and she has not accepted the notices from Visakapattnam court. But, instead in May she has filed DV (u/s 12, 23) in Judicial Magistrate court in Agartala, Restitution (u/s 24,9) and Cr Pc 125 in Family Court. She also filed a CrPc 256 in the hearing for DV.

Instead of so many cases, first you can file a pre-mediation here in Bangalore. Try to mediate the situation and therein sign the settlement including the disposal of all the proceedings between you and your wife. Thereafter, you can proceed all the mutual consent divorce from that court itself.
