In our case, there is fight between husband and wife. Now Wife is in her father's house. Husband is asking for a legal affidavit from wife's father stating that " mental condition of the women is not correct and if she commit suicide or harm herself then boy and his family is not responsible for anything". nnOn legal ground is it valid ? if not , how can we challange it ? Because, boys are not agree to take his wife back to his home.
