Legal consequences in case boy marries again without divorce

One of my friend got married in court in 2010 and never stayed together and later got divorced in 2014. No one in his family knows and now they want to get him married. What complication would come if he does not disclose this to anyone and goes for a court marriage . There is no pressure from X spouse and she is also happily married . Religion - Hindu
there will be no problem if your friend does not speak of it ever but mandatorily your friend should get married after 90 days of the divorce decree passed and mandatory under special marriage act before the marriage registrar.
