After filing case, how many days it will take for court to send court notice to respondents within the same area Bangalore. And within how many days respondents will receive if they are in bangalore only

once you filed case court will give the date nearly one month or before two month within this time you or your advocate has to pay the court fee or process fee that court ameena will serve the notice before the date fixed by the court of you have personal interest to serve the notice than your advocate can personally meet the ameen n arrange to serve notice as soon as possible

Dear Sir, Courts are having very poor infrastructure and not having efficient staff. Normally it will take 30 to 40 days provided your advocate complies by submitting necessary covers with postage and necessary process fee. The Court Nazir may assign the job to one its process server and also send it by RPAD. Please check once in the office of the concerned court.
