In Bangalore metro politan traffic courts, normally for DV case how many hearings will be there and approximately in which hearing final judgement will be given. And what will be number of days gap for 1st and 2nd hearing’s?

Usually dv Case may run 2 years. Number number of hearings cannot be Predicted. After arguments Case will be posted for judgement. That will be your final stage of the case. There may be Approximately one month gap between one day and the other date. The above information Differs from court to court Case to case

Dear Sir, There is no scientific way to decide the gap between first hearing and second hearing. Normally, in Bengaluru DV cases will be conducted by Traffic Court that is Court of Magistrate and not Metropolitan Magistrate. You may engage advocate to take care of your case and see that it is not went without representation.
