Legal action in adultery cases

If your spouse is cheating on you, 1. Can there be a legal action taken against the spouse and her paramour? 2. What evidences are required to be produced which are considered valid? Is it required to catch them red handed or are Whatsapp messages considered as evidence. 3. Divorce proceeding for such cases, are they applicable for alimony?

Well, Offence of Adultery has been Decriminalized. It has merely remained a ground of Divorce. An Adultress Wife is neither entitled to receive Maintenance Pendente Lite not she is entitled to receive Alimony from her Husband.
