Left Husband house 5 years ago. Can I go for recovery of streedhan to

After my marriage of Six months, I have left my husband house and have filed DVC & 498A case against my husband and in laws. Now the case is pending in court for almost 5 years. Can I now go to my husband place to recover my streedhan items when case is pending in court without court order. Will my husband obstruct me in entering my house. Plz suggest

it would be risky. He will never allow. better proceed with the cases. if you have not seeked the relief for the return of the stridhan in dv case then, file a specific case for return of the stridhan. Normally the dv act case and 498a should not take such a long time.
