Left 2 years back. Cruelty and desertion filed case on section 13 1 a

My wife left me more than year now. I filed section 13 1 a of mental cruelty and desertion. nShe is claiming that I have ED issue with my family and neighbors already. nNow is there any chance to for section 12 1 a ; impotent case under me?nn Firstly she filed section 9 under me but we received notices latelyHow to respond to this scenario?

sec 9 if u have received petition copy u have file reply but if u r not prepared u can take time for the same and if u want settlement with ur wife u can go for counseling by court where u will come to know about the reconciliation of the case or u can go for divorce plz free to call for further query

cruelty comes under 1311(a) and desertion under 1311(b) . have you included 1311(b). It is very tough to prove impotency . have you received counter reply from your wife? even proving cruelty is also tough but it can be proved.
