Lawyer asking extra money for exparte divorce evidence submission

Dis is wd ref to exparte divorce of my frnd & i want to knw how long does it takes as he started this case in june 2016 n now dey hv got exparte approval n next dt is feb 2017 for submission of evidence n also lawyer is asking 50k for further which was not communicated to him & is it correct amt ?can u guide us.religion hindu brahmin
First of all it is to clear that all advocate charge different fees
Nobody can charge similar fees in the court matter
So it is up to you that wether you have to continue the same lawyer or you can also option to change the lawyer
