Landlord ‘s affidavit on live in relationship

Can a landlord’s affidavit be treated as evidence in court ? The affidavit states the wife and another man are living in his house since years as live- in partners .

If the person wants to proof that his wife was living with another man as living in relationship then the testimony of the landlord accompanied by his/her affidavit will be enough to prove the same. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Hi It depends if you need to make up a case for divorce. You may make a case for section 13 HMA based on other evidences and the affidavit.
