Mere husband par 3 saal se 498a or 406 ka case chl rha ha.or maine maintenance 125 ka case bhi kiya hai.wahan se mere husband exparte ho gye the.wo mujhe or meri beti ko apne sath nahi rakhna chahte.fr main last year divorce file ke diya tha.mere husband kisi bhi case ko serious nai le rhe or divorce bhi nai dena chahte na hi sath rakhna chahte hai..mera koi income source nahi hai..main chahti hun k jb tak mera divorce nai hota main apne inlaws ke ghr mein rhu.kya mai vahan ja k reh sakti hu?

yes aap reh sakte ho aap apne inlaws ke ghar but uske liye aapko case apply karna padega aur court ko reason dena padega that aapke paas koi aur residence nae hai further help ke liye contact our law firm

han ji ...app apne inlaws ke ghar reh skhte hain ..lakin us se phale app ko..permanent injection ka case file krna padega.. 125 ..vale case main app ..exparty procedure complete kr ke ...apne husband ki property vi attach krva skhte han
