Kids do not want to spend time with their fathers new partner
14-Jan-2025 (In Divorce Law)
Have been divorced for a year now and my ex is moving on with his new girlfriend. We have joint custody of our twin boy and girl (9 yrs). My kids have explicitly requested him not to bring his partner to outside city trips so their time is not impacted but he is refusing to listen. what are my legal options to protect the psyche of my kids. Can he force the kids because the law allows it? How do i stop him. kids have no issues travelling with him alone.
Dear Madam,
You may get revise the custody of children and claim permanent custody of the children on the developed circumstances. Your husband being in relationship with new girl friend as such you are entitled for full custody of both the children. Even without visitation rights to him. You may claim maintenance for the children at the enhanced rates.
