Kidnapped my child passively to demand for mutual divorce

19-Aug-2025 (In Divorce Law)
My mother in law has helped us taking care of baby but she is not torturing me and my father to get ready for mutual divorce and then take baby back. Husband's body language days he wants to live with me. Even his father is ready to get convinced, however my mother in law is passively troubling everyone and not letting me meet my husband or baby. We interveined with mahila ayog as well but she is getting adamant. We don't want to go ahead with any legal procedure to harm the relationship

If talks are not working, you will have to obtain custody or meeting rights from court for your child. Apart from that you can file application for restitution of conjugal rights. Legal proceedings stated above will not harm the relationship and rather show that you want the marriage.

Is possible suggested joint counselling through a family counsellor. This can strengthen his confident to speak up for both of you. That you want the marriage to continue, you want to coparent together, you feel outside pressure is damaging the relationship. The main pressure is from your mother-in-law who seems to be influencing decision, restricting contact, and creating stress for you and even for your husbands father it would be better for you if you take a necessary action as a legal procedure at a legal time

There is no need to involve Mahila Mandal or people you dont know... involve your close relatives (from both sides) sit all together and talk it out. There is always a solution. The involved relatives should be fair towards both the sides... not baises to you or him...just keep that in mind. Just talk it out, all will be well.
