If you have come to know about his giving a missing complaint in police station you can write to them the real fact so that the police will give him same endorsement. And it is not enough if he says talaq three times, it should be communicated to you.

You just prove that you have already pronounced Khula from you side and close the matter. Wherever he has given the missing complaint go to that police station and tell you are not missing and you were in abroad then automatically case will be closed and regarding extra marital affair question will not arise as you have already pronounced Khula. Is he posses any proof to show that you have an extramarital affair meanwhile did he alleged it before Khula or after. Consult any advocate to take appropriate action.

Hi madam I want clear 4 doubts first.
1. When your x husband declared 3 talaq.
2. Whether talaq is by written or oral.
3. Whether you filed appiation for khula before court of law or before any authorised kazi.
4. Whether you now married??
Ans- u just send an affidavit to the concerned police station along with genuine documents.
