Jurisdiction of the court to try the case of bigamy

A second marriage took place in Bellary town without giving me a divorce. Now I am in Hassan district. Will the jurisdiction come in Hassan to put the case of bigamy through PCR? Some people are saying that the jurisdiction does not come here because there is a second marriage in Bellary.

where they are staying and you can d file in hassan and also file other sections/case along with this second marriage case through PCR and file other' cases like. dowry harrasment and maintenance any further information cal me

Dear Madam, First go to the Police Station of Hassan District and try to lodge complaint and they have powers to registered the FIR and to conduct preliminary enquiry and even arrest him and his second wife. You may file other cases against your husband and his family members. If no jurisdiction the FIR will be transferred to Bellary Town.
