Judgement given without my knowledge of final hearing


08-Aug-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Case running in Indore City MP from 2018, After rigorous follow-up to my advocate just saying he will give an update regarding dates. From 2023 Feb total of 13 dates passed but my advocate kept me in false hope. 0n 7th Aug 23 I checked on Ecourt mobile app my divorce judgment was given on 25th July 2023. Kindly suggest what I can do next.

You have very little time for filing the appeal. Hite s good Advocate, don't fall in traps of middleman kind of people, else you will spend your whole life fighting the case and won't get anything in return except grief and pain. Appeal in the High Court ASAP otherwise your case will be time barred and you'll lose your right to appeal. If you have not appeared before the Family Court then the Court must have given the judgement exparte. You can approach against such judgement before the High Court. You would have to file an affidavit in the High Court alongwith your appeal swearing that you were not updated about the dates of the case. Kindly contact us so that we can help you in better way.
