Judge consider statement of Counselor in mediation center?

Counsellor noted points while counselling with me and my wife. Will that points go to Judge? Is Judge consider that statements?

Dear Sir, The points noted down by the Councilor in the mediation may not become part of the file and may not be placed before the Judge. Only one sentence will be sent to the Judge that mediation is failed then it will be posted for Petitioner's evidence.
